Please be advised that each attendee is required to provide their details on this booking site for the Power Up Bali 2026 Retreat.

Only one 'Primary Attendee' registration should be completed per room booked.  All other Attendee Registrations that are sharing with the Primary Attendee's chosen accommodation option are required to be registered as 'Additional Attendee'.  

Please choose the number of attendees you would like to register below to share the accommodation option you will book.  This will allow the registration of multiple attendees who are sharing the same accommodation reservation.

 

Once you have completed your registration(s), you will receive an automated confirmation email.  If you do not receive an email with 10 minutes, please contact us.

Payment Options

Upfront Payment:

  • 10% discount for full payment 

Instalment Plan:

  • 25% deposit (non-refundable) on booking

  • 25% due 90 days before retreat

  • 25% due 60 days before retreat

  • Final 25% due 30 days before retreat

 

 Cancellations

  • Deposit non-refundable
    Cancel >30 days before = refund less deposit

  • Cancel ≤30 days = no refund (unless replacement found)

 

Travel & Insurance

  • Passport valid 6+ months from entry to Indonesia

  • Travel insurance for cancellation, medical, and personal property is recommended

 

 Other Essentials

  • Photography & filming will occur — notify us in writing if you do not wish to appear
