Day registration is available however if you would like to attend more than one day, it is more cost-effective to purchase a Congress Delegate Registration above.

Terms and Conditions
As a registered attendee of the UDIA 2025 National Congress (the Congress), you agree to the following: GENERAL 1. The following terms bear the meaning set out in Schedule 1 to this agreement: Congress Manager, Congress Host, Congress Venue, and Accommodation Partner. 2. Unless otherwise defined, the term “we” includes the Congress Host, the Congress Manager and the Congress Venue. REGISTRATION DATES 3. Super Early Bird registrations will be accepted until 31 August 2024. 4. Early Bird registrations will be accepted from 31 August 2024 to 30 November 2024. 5. From 1 December 2024, the standard registration fee will apply. REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY 6. All cancellations of and amendments to registrations must be made in writing to the Congress Host at udia@dgglobal.com.au. 7. Cancellations received on or before 18 February 2025 will be refunded in full, less a $150.00 administration fee. 8. No registration refunds will be made after 19 February 2025. 9. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are responsible for payment. 10. A substitute delegate may attend in your place by prior arrangement where deemed appropriate, subject to a $150.00 processing fee. 11. If the Congress is postponed we will honour your tickets for the new Congress date. If you are not able to attend on the new date, you can request a refund in writing by contacting the Congress Host at udia@dgglobal.com.au . PAYMENT 12. Registration can only be made via the online booking site – credit card via Eway, or Eway payments. 13. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST) / TOURIST REFUND SCHEME (TRS) 14. All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax), unless otherwise specified. GST applies to most goods and services in Australia. 15. The Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS) is administered by the Australian Customs Department and enables travellers departing from Australia to claim a refund of the GST and Wine Equalisation Tax (WET) paid on goods bought in Australia. For detailed information on the TRS visit the website of the Australian Customs and Border Protection Services of the Australian Government. METHODS OF PAYMENT 16. Credit card: Only Mastercard, Visa and American Express are accepted via Eway. 17. Payment by cheque or electronic fund transfers available on written request to the Congress Host at udia@dgglobal.com.au. PRIVACY STATEMENT 18. Australia operates under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended, and the Privacy Amendment (Notifiable Data Breaches), 2017. The objective of these is to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information. 19. The Congress Manager will comply with these legislations and is committed to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information. 20. The Congress Manager will not sell your personal information to third parties. 21. If you believe that any information the Congress Manager hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, please email the Congress Manager, who will promptly correct the information. You may also withdraw your consent for use of your information by advice in writing at udia@dgglobal.com.au. Why do we wish you to provide your information? 22. We require your information to facilitate provision of information to you regarding the Congress and to facilitate your participation in the Congress. 23. Information collected in respect of your proposed participation in any aspect of the Congress will be used for the purposes listed below. 24. You can give or withhold your consent for any or all of these uses. Please indicate your preferences when completing your registration form. 25. We will be unable to forward any information relating to the Congress or to communicate with you regarding your registration if you select ‘no’ to receiving any electronic communication regarding the Congress. What we will do with your information? 26. Your information will be used: a. For planning and conduct of the Congress including arrangements for your participation (e.g. accommodation booking); b. In the Delegate List and App published for the Congress. 27. Your information may also be: a. Provided to organisers of future occurrences of this Congress or other similar events; b. Used to provide you with information of other relevant events in your area of interest. 28. The parties who will have access to your information (subject to your preference selections on above points) are: a. The Congress Manager; b. The Congress Host; c. The Congress Venue; d. Delegates, sponsors and exhibitors of the Congress; and e. Any future organisers of the Congress or similar events. 29. The parties mentioned above will rely on your above consent indications for the purposes of compliance. 30. You may withdraw your consent at any time by notice in writing to the Congress Manager at udia@dgglobal.com.au. 31. You are entitled to access the information held by written application to the Congress Manager at udia@dgglobal.com.au. INTENTION TO PHOTOGRAPH 32. The Congress Host and Congress Manager have arranged for photography onsite throughout the event. The images may be used for post-Congress reports, case studies, marketing collateral, social media content and supplied to industry media if requested. 33. If you do not wish for your photo to be taken, please inform the photographer and move out of camera range. SOCIAL FUNCTIONS 34. The Congress Host and Congress Manager reserve the right to cancel or vary social functions if minimum numbers are not reached. 35. No refund is available if you cancel your attendance of a social function or additional ticket to a social function after 18th February 2025. Should we make this consistent with cancelation date of 18th Feb as per Congress cancellations? ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION 36. Registrants may elect to book accommodation with one of the Accommodation Partners via the Congress Managers at the time of registration (Registration Accommodation Booking). 37. Accommodation cannot be booked unless full payment is received. 38. In addition to any fee imposed by the Accommodation Partner: a. cancellations of Registration Accommodation Bookings will incur an administration fee of $150.00; b. alterations of Registration Accommodation Bookings within 30 days of the booking will incur an administration fee of $150.00; c. cancellations of Registration Accommodation Bookings received within 61 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No-shows will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. 39. You may transfer your booking at any time. 40. Please refer to the Accommodation Partner’s cancellation policy to ensure you are aware of cancellation penalties that may be applicable. 41. Cancellations and alterations to bookings must be made in writing to udia@dgglobal.com.au. These, including early departures and “no-shows”, may incur penalties at the Accommodation Partner’s discretion, up to 100% of the accommodation stay. 42. The Accommodation Partner will require an imprint of your credit card at check-in for any incidentals. FORCE MAJEURE 43. The Congress Manager, the Congress Host and the Congress Venue, are not responsible for either the partial or total non-performance of the contract in the event of accident, an act caused by a third party, such as Acts of God including, without limitation, credible threats of natural disaster in the geographic vicinity of the hotel, war, curtailment or interruption of transportation facilities, threats or acts of terrorism or similar acts, governmental travel advisory, a governmental elevation of the terrorism alert level, civil disturbance, the issue of a travel warning by the World Health Organization or any other cause comparable events or disaster beyond the parties’ control which: a. Prevents the Accommodation Partner from accommodating you; or b. Results in the Congress being cancelled by the Congress Manager, the Congress Host or the Congress Venue. 44. The Congress Host may at its entire discretion repay the delegate fee or service charge paid by the delegate, or part thereof, but shall be under no obligation to repay the whole or part of such delegate fee or service charge, and shall be under no liability to the delegate in respect of any actions, claims, losses (including consequential losses), costs or expenses whatsoever which may be brought against or suffered or incurred by the delegate, as the result of the happening of any such event. Closure of an Accommodation Partner 45. Should your chosen Accommodation Partner close between the date of registration and the start of the Congress, the Congress Manager will take reasonable steps to offer you alternative accommodation options. 46. If you confirm such an alternative option, the Congress Manager will not be responsible for any difference in rates. 47. Should you decline the option and book alternative accommodation independently of the Congress Manager, any pre-payments you made for the closing Accommodation Partner will be reimbursed by the Congress Manager. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY: 48. Registration fees do not include insurance. 49. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Congress and book your travel, you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include: a. Loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Congress or through cancellation of the Congress, b. Loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, c. Loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, d. Failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, e. Force Majeure or any other reason, f. Medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), g. Loss or damage to personal property, h. Additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered, 50. The Congress Manager is not responsible for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin. 51.
